ASA PVC ROOF TILE PROJECT

GOEATE/GAOZHU ASA PVC anti-corrosion composite roof tile adopts advanced European four-layer co-extrusion [ABCD] technology. It uses ASA high weather-resistant engineering plastic and PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin) as the main raw materials, blended with anti-UV agents and other functional additives.

Surface layer [Layer A]: ASA high weather-resistant engineering plastic, guaranteeing the surface color remains non-fading for 10 years.

Middle layer [Layer C]: Light-shielding modified PVC with outstanding rigidity and toughness. It effectively blocks sunlight while maintaining structural strength.

Base layer [Layer B]: A sturdy, long-lasting material that improves interior brightness and spatial perception of the building.
