GOEATE/GAOZHU ASA PVC roof sheets adopt advanced European four-layer extrusion technology. Manufactured with high weather-resistant ASA engineering plastic and premium PVC resin as the main materials, the sheets are blended with anti-UV agents and other high-grade weatherproof additives for superior outdoor performance.

Product Features

1. 25-Year Service Life & 10-Year Color Retention Guarantee The ASA PVC roof sheet maintains stable color and surface performance even under long-term exposure to severe weather conditions, including strong UV radiation, humidity, high heat and extreme cold.

2. Outstanding Corrosion Resistance The sheet effectively resists acids, alkalis, salts and most chemical corrosion. Professional tests show no chemical changes occur after 2-hour immersion in solutions below 60% concentration. It is highly suitable for coastal areas and regions with frequent acid rain.

3. Excellent Sound & Thermal Insulation The optimized sheet structure provides excellent noise absorption against heavy rain and strong winds, while delivering stable thermal insulation to reduce indoor temperature fluctuation.

4. High Fire Retardancy Certified Class B1 flame-retardant grade by national fire authorities, the material features self-extinguishing performance and meets standard building fire safety requirements.

5. Superior Impact Resistance The reinforced composite structure greatly improves impact resistance, preventing cracking or damage under external force and harsh weather.

6. Fast & Easy Installation Lightweight and modular design allows for fast, convenient installation, greatly saving construction time and labor costs.

7. Eco-Friendly & Safe Made of non-toxic, environmentally friendly raw materials, the roof sheet produces no harmful substances during usage and complies with global green building standards.

Installation Instructions

  1. Thickness ≤ 1.3 mm Purlin spacing ≤ 600 mm for inclined roofs; ≤ 800 mm for arched roofs.
  2. 1.3 mm < Thickness ≤ 1.8 mm Purlin spacing ≤ 800 mm for inclined roofs; ≤ 900 mm for arched roofs.
  3. 1.8 mm < Thickness ≤ 3.0 mm Purlin spacing ≤ 900 mm for inclined roofs; ≤ 1000 mm for arched roofs.
  4. For medium-wave and small trapezoidal tiles, the horizontal overlap shall cover two waves, and the vertical overlap length shall exceed 300 mm.
  5. For self-tapping screw installation, pre-drill holes 2–3 mm larger than the screw diameter.

Notes

Purlin spacing shall be adjusted according to ambient temperature. Higher temperatures require narrower purlin spacing to prevent tile deformation caused by thermal expansion.
