Classical & Chinese-style synthetic resin roof tiles are mainly made of high weather-resistance ASA engineering plastic (ASA material from SABIC, one of the Fortune Global 500 enterprises) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin). Formulated with anti-UV agents, stabilizers, antioxidants, modifiers and other high-performance weather-resistant additives.
The tile is manufactured with advanced European triple co-extrusion technology in a single forming process, consisting of three layers:
- 1、Surface layer: ASA layer
- 2、Middle layer: Structural backbone layer
- 3、Bottom layer: Abrasion-resistant layer

Installation Instructions
1.Purlins can be square tubes (60×40×3 mm), steel sections (100×50×20×3 mm) or anti-corrosion battens (60×40 mm).
2.The spacing between purlins is 660 mm. Purlins shall be installed from bottom to top.
3.Take local wind direction into consideration; install the main tiles against the prevailing wind. Lift one tile wave and perform the operation on both sides simultaneously. For main ridge tile installation, cut a section off the first ridge tile prior to mounting.
4.During installation, the joint between main ridge tiles and inclined ridge tiles shall be trimmed to achieve a smooth finish. Fit main ridge tiles and inclined ridge tiles before installing the 3-way tee fitting. Fasteners are dedicated special accessories.
5.For fixing: pre-drill holes. The hole diameter shall be 2–3 mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screw.
