Installation Instructions & Notes
- All UPVC roof tiles must be installed with our dedicated waterproof accessories.
- Use 4–6 sets of waterproof fasteners per square meter. All screws shall be fixed on wave crests with moderate tightness — firm enough not to be loosened by hand.
- Install waterproof fasteners on every wave crest for ridge tiles, vertical overlaps and eaves.
- In strong wind areas, side wall panels without flashing boards must be reinforced with steel straps.
- For wall sheet installation, fix the overlap between each two purlins with two rivets.
- Hook installation requires matched sealing gaskets under the sheets. Fasten screw nuts moderately to avoid over-tightening deformation or loose sealing.

GOEATE / GAOZHU have different kind of ridge tile mode which ensure our ridge tile would 100% match with our PVC roof tile.
The popular one is PVCT130-210-26 and PVCT1010-250-37 profile. While PVCT1010-250-37 have two design mold. This first one is with dome which make the ridge tile are more flexibility and durable. It is a new design.
