Installation Instructions
- Purlins can be square tubes (60×40×3 mm), steel sections (100×50×20×3 mm) or anti-corrosion battens (60×40 mm).
- The spacing between purlins is 660 mm. Purlins are fitted from bottom to top.
- Consider the local prevailing wind direction and install main tiles against the wind. Lift one tile wave and perform the operation on both sides simultaneously. When fitting main ridge tiles, cut a section from the first ridge tile before installation.
- During installation, the joint between main ridge tiles and inclined ridge tiles shall be trimmed for a smooth finish. Mount main ridge tiles and inclined ridge tiles prior to fitting the 3-way tee fitting. Fasteners are dedicated special accessories.
- For fixing: pre-drill holes. The hole diameter shall be 2–3 mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screw.
