They are manufactured with high weather-resistant ASA engineering plastic (SABIC ASA raw material from one of the world’s top 500 enterprises) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin) as primary raw materials, blended with anti-UV agents, light stabilizers, antioxidants, modifiers and other high-performance weather-resistant additives.

The tile is produced via advanced European triple co-extrusion one-step forming technology with a 3-layer structure:

Installation Instructions

1. Supporting purlins can adopt square tubes (60×40×3 mm), steel sections (100×50×20×3 mm), or anti-corrosion battens (60×40 mm).
2. The standard purlin spacing is 660 mm. Install all purlins from bottom to top.
3. Install main tiles against the local prevailing wind direction. Lift one tile wave and align both sides simultaneously. For main ridge tile installation, trim the edge of the first ridge tile before fitting.
4. Trim and level the joints between main ridge tiles and inclined ridge tiles for a neat finish. Install main and inclined ridge tiles first, then fit the 3-way tee accessory. All fasteners are professional dedicated fittings.
5. During fixation, pre-drill mounting holes. The hole diameter should be 2–3 mm larger than the screw diameter.
